An age calculator that works out your exact age in years, months and days from a date of birth to any reference date: the precise 36 years, 2 months and 25 days rather than just a round number of years.

Everything runs in your browser, so the date you enter is never uploaded, and the result updates instantly.

Beyond your age, it reports the totals: how many months, weeks, days and even hours you have lived, which is a fun and sometimes useful way to see a lifespan from a different angle.

It also tells you the day of the week you were born on and counts down the days until your next birthday, so you can see at a glance how far away it is.

By default it calculates your age today, but you can change the reference date to any day, past or future, to find out how old you were at an event or will be on some future date.

All calculations use real calendar dates, so leap years, the differing lengths of months and the leap day on 29 February are handled correctly rather than approximated.
